"A nightly spectacle"The Treasure Island Resort is located on the center of the Vegas "Strip", next to its sister-resort, The Mirage. This beautiful resort offers the highest standards of Las Vegas luxury combined with a fun, whimsical Pirate theme. It is also host to what has been called the most exciting show in Las Vegas - "Mystere", staged in its own theatre. Mystere's dark days will start Monday and Tuesday and Sunday's will now feature a new matinee show at 4:30 PM. Connected to The Mirage via a proprietary tram, the Treasure Island offers the best of two outstanding resorts in one premium location. Scheduled for completion in Winter 2004, the Pedestrian Bridge will connect TI to the Fashion Show Mall featuring all the finest shopping and specialty shops under one roof. As one would expect from a Luxury "Strip" hotel, the Treasure Island features an outdoor heated pool with summer pool hours from 8 AM to 8 PM. The TI "Party Tub" is for the 21 and over crowd. "Isla" a Mexican restaurant and bar will open in mid June and the "Tangerine", the new nightclub/lounge is operated by the owners of Coyote ugly, will open July 2, 2004 at TI. The High Limit Lounge will open in late July and will feature a club-like lounge atmosphere with high limit table games and will be open 24-hours daily. Canter's Deli officially re-opened and features NY/LA-style deli and is open 24-hours. Treasure Island is a destination in itself.
The guest rooms at Treasure Island are large, classically styled and thoughtfully appointed, with upscale amenities like a high-speed Internet connection and marble bathtub plus a separate marble shower. From their rooms, guests may see a striking view of The Strip, Buccaneer Bay, the picturesque mountains or the tropical pool area. Complete remodel of the rooms will begin early 2005 and will feature the most modern rooms on the strip.
